Product Return Policy

This product return policy is applicable only to purchases made in Peru, through our online store www.sophieottaner.com.

Sophie Ottanêr wants you as a customer to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we guarantee that once you have received the product, if you are not satisfied with it, you can return it and we will refund your money, complying with the following conditions:
 

1. The return of the product and money can be given only during the first 7 calendar days after the customer has received the product.
2. The return is made in person in our Sophie Ottaner store, presenting your ID and Ticket/Invoice.
3. The product must be in perfect condition, clean and without signs of damage due to handling or use.
